Join a New Youth-Led Climate Lawsuit in California!

Supported by leading climate scientists and attorneys at Our Children’s Trust, California children and youth under 18 are filing a new case to protect their equal constitutional rights to a climate system not ravaged by fire, smoke, heat, and flooding from fossil fuel development and burning. Youth will bring claims about the ways they are harmed physically, mentally, in their bodies, their homes, their schools, and their communities.

The Constitution protects youth’s rights to life and liberty and to equal protection of the law. Our government is not respecting these rights, and California youth are some of the most harmed by bad air quality and climate fires in the nation.
